Policies
- PLEASE no fragrance or scented lotions, Niki is highly allergic and anaphylactic to scents/perfumes.
- We do NOT accept clients with previous microbladed eyebrows. Please do not book an appointment, you will lose your deposit.
- Studio Néos appointments are available on the 15th of every month at 10am. We currently only book one month out.
- We do not have a waitlist or a cancellation list.
- A non-refundable deposit is required at time of scheduling. This deposit goes towards your remainder balance at time of appointment and is deducted from Square on the day you schedule your appointment.
- Microblading appointments must be made 7 days before or 7 days after your covid vaccine/s.
Cancellations
- We require a 72 hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Please email info@studioneosbeauty.com to reschedule if you have any flu like symptoms, including allergy symptoms.
Important Notice
- Microblading is considered a two-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees are made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required in order to obtain desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all pre-appointment and After Care instructions. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. Studio Néos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change at anytime.
